How do I determine my size?
Abayas made in Istanbul follow UK sizing, similar to high-street clothing. We recommend selecting the size you are usually most comfortable with.
Abayas made in Dubai are sized according to the length of the garment, with each size corresponding to your height in feet.
If you’re unsure, we have created a detailed size chart to help guide you. We also recommend referring to our Abaya Fit Guide, which provides an overview of how each style fits.
Both the Size Chart and Abaya Fit Guide can be found under the ‘Details & Care’ section on each product page.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours.
Once dispatched, delivery times are as follows:

Standard Delivery: 2–3 business days
Free on orders over £70. Orders under £70 are charged at £3.99. -
Express Delivery: Next business day (£4.99)
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
What is your return policy?
Please note that we do not accept returns.
We kindly ask that you review all product details, sizing information, and measurements carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure about sizing or have any questions prior to purchasing, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
What if I receive a faulty item
In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, we will be happy to offer a replacement, subject to stock availability.
Please email us at jjhijabhouse@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and clear images of the fault. We will then provide you with further instructions regarding the return of the faulty item and replacement details.

Can I exchange an item?
We only accept exchanges on full-priced items, and exchanges are limited to a different size, subject to stock availability.
To request an exchange, please email us at jjhijabhouse@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, quoting your order number and your preferred size.
All exchanged items must be returned in perfect condition, with original packaging and labels intact. Items must be unworn and free from any perfume, makeup, or scents.
Please note that all exchange shipping costs (both returning the item and shipping the replacement) are the responsibility of the customer.
